We are looking to recruit an experienced Social Housing Manager (30 hours per week) to undertake an 11 week temporary assignment for a local authority client.
The role will involve:
- Day to day management of social housing complex
- Maintaining resident records
- Various administrative duties
- Completion of resident welfare reports
- To visit each resident and monitor health and wellbeing
- To answer emergency calls from residents and offer short term care of ill tenants
- To be responsible for site security and tenant welfare
